Bringing back to life the sounds of the 1990s H.O.R.D.E. Tour are those who actually played on it ! Atlanta’s The Core explores the music from the groundbreaking tour that proved a new generation of musicians could carry the torch inspired by classic rock. Wayne Healy (Freddy Jones Band, H.O.R.D.E. ’94, guitar, vocal ) and Clay Fuller (Allgood , H.O.R.D.E ’93, guitar) were part of that and now recreate the music that fueled a generation. They’re joined by a equally accomplished & seasoned Atlanta musicians below . The Core recapture the energy and excitement using material from The Allman Bros, Widespread Panic , Aquarium Rescue Unit, Big Head Todd , Black Crowes, Blues Traveler, Gov’t Mule, Lenny Kravitz, Phish, plus the Freddy Jones Band and Allgood.

Rounding out this all-star cast of musicians is Chris Queen (Phil Keaggy, Dreams So Real) on piano and B3 organ and Josh Carson (Acoustic Workshop, Parts & Labor) on vocals and guitar anchored by the solid rhythm section of drummer Kevin Leahy (Bodeans, Sugarland, Shawn Mullins), percussionist Rob Sumowski (Billy Pilgrim, Shawn Mullins, Kevn Kinney), and bassist Bill Taylor (The Bitteroots, Jupiter Coyote.)
